Cancellations

We strive to dispatch parcels as soon as possible, therefore, it is not always possible to cancel orders. If you changed your mind and want to make any changes to your order or need to cancel, please email us within 2 hours after the order was placed, contact form can be found here.

Please be sure to include these details in the cancellation email: order number and cancellation ⛔ reason. If you have already received an email notifying you of the dispatch of your order, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel the order and you would need to wait until it is delivered and then return it to us or refuse it at the time of delivery. In case of refusal return shipping charges may apply.

Shipping address cannot be changed or modified once order is dispatched. If for some reason the package was refused at the time of delivery, order will be returned to us and return shipping charges may apply. 

If a cancellation request is approved, a refund would be issued using the same method of payment that was used for purchase. Please allow 1-2 business days for refund processing.
