Yes. From small to large orders, we are gladly delivering all over the world and use the best possible service to get your order to you.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options:

• Standard untracked shipping which is always free of charge.
• Standard tracked shipping which is free for orders from $30.00 (for orders below $30.00 tracking option can be added for $2.49 at the checkout).
• Express delivery which is available for $14.95 ($9.95 for EU destinations).

Every simple order is of primary importance for us thus we react responsively. We promise to dispatch all orders within 1 business day after payment is processed.
Yes. All products can be shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses. We also fully cover shipping expenses for standard delivery services. However, please keep in mind that express deliveries are only made to physical addresses. If you would like to order to PO Box/APO/FPO/DPO locations, please choose standard delivery option.
Orders with both shipping options would travel the same time, however:

• Orders shipped with tracked shipping option would have a tracking number and would be traceable online so package travel updates would be visible whilst it is in transit.
• Orders shipped with untracked shipping option are not traceable online, therefore, it would not be possible to see travel updates throughout the transit.
We only provide tracking number for orders of $30 and more unless you choose tracked shipping option at the time of checkout for an additional $2.49 fee.

If your purchase was over $30 or you added tracked shipping option at the time of checkout, your tracking number would be sent to you via email.

• Orders shipped with tracked shipping option would have a tracking number and would be traceable online so package travel updates would be visible whilst it is in transit.
• Orders shipped with untracked shipping option are not traceable online, therefore, it would not be possible to see travel updates throughout the transit.
Unfortunately, shipping address cannot be changed or modified once order is dispatched. However, if an order has not been marked as ‘Shipped’, please get in touch with our support team by email at support@worldcondoms.comso we can help you further. Please note, in case of package failed to deliver or was refused, order would be returned to us.
On rare occasions, due to transit delays and other factors outside of our control (e.g., weather delays, remote locations you want items to be shipped), orders may take longer to arrive. If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time window, please note that shipments can sometimes suffer unexpected delays and kindly allow additional time for the delivery.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. All fees imposed during or after shipping internationally are the responsibility of the customer, please contact your local customs office for further information.

*Customs charges or any other additional payments do not apply to European Union countries. All personal US orders below the $800 de minimis threshold are admitted free of customs duty.
In case the products are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days upon delivery. Please attach pictures showing the issue and send us an email including your order number and we will be sure to assist.
